Coaching/Mindfulness Training

Coaching:

Coaching is a process that empowers people to unlock their potential, identify specific personal or professional goals and then reach those goals faster and with ease. Coaches provide their clients with the tools, perspective and structure to accomplish more through a process of accountability. Coaching guides people to find the answers
for change from within and to use positive energy to break thru the blocks that keep them from attaining their goals. Coaching helps people reduce stress, be more productive and enjoy what they do. As a Certified Professional Coach, I partner with my clients on a journey from where they are to where they want to be.

Mindfulness Training:

Mindfulness is a practice that utilizes controlled breathing while maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment through a gentle, nurturing lens. It is Paying Attention On Purpose in the Present Moment Without Judgment. Mindfulness involves acceptance, meaning that we pay attention to our thoughts and feelings without believing, for instance, that there’s a “right” or “wrong” way to think or feel in a given moment. When we practice mindfulness, our thoughts tune into what we’re sensing in the present moment rather than rehashing the past or imagining the future. Mindfulness has been proven to improve our ability to focus and regulate our emotions as well as reducing stress. The practice of Mindfulness is simple but not easy. Like any other new skill it takes dedication and practice however, the effort is well worth it.

Mindfulness Course:

Join me for an in depth journey into the beneficial practices and techniques of Mindfulness.  Learn to reduce stress and anxiety, increase self-awareness, empathy and understanding of others and develop natural conflict resolution skills.

8 Sessions –Each session is completely different

Sessions are 45 minutes in length

We cover all of the senses and emotions as well as Brain Science

All involve several short breathing exercises

There is homework – not difficult or time consuming but necessary to become proficient and receive the benefits of Mindfulness
